About Me

barak: I'm a 2D & 3D animator, director and After Effects artist living in Tel Aviv, Israel. As I always liked drawing from and early age, I decided to study proffesionally and had Maya Cohen Levi as my teacher and mentor for two years, during which I have gained my diploma in the art of web design and graphics. A couple of years later, in the far east, I studied chinese painting. I came back to study animation in Bezalel academy of fine arts, and graduated in 2007. Since then and during school I have worked in BFTV Israel, the animated documentry "Waltz With Bashir", two seasons of the teenage series "Deus" , T2K Israel, commercials, video clips and more. I am currently working as a professional Animator, director and compositor Freelancer. Beside my profesional career, I am currently acting as the chairman of The Animation Professions Union in Israel.
